The Château Loudenne wine estate is situated in a favoured location in Saint Yzans, north of Saint Estephe in the Médoc. The 135-hectare estate has its own harbour, an elegant little château and a magnificent rose garden. The 28.5 ha estate of Chateau Rauzan-Gassies stretches 28 km northwest of Bordeaux across the communes of Margaux and Cantenac. Rauzan Gassies was founded in 1661 and separated as a small part from its namesake Rausan Segla just over a century later as a result of the French Revolution.
