Chateau Cartier is the second wine of Chateau Fonroque. Moueix, is a Bordeaux négociant house founded by Jean-Pierre Moueix in 1937, situated on the Quai du Priourat in Libourne, in the Bordeaux wine region of France. The company operates exclusive distribution for select châteaux of numerous Right Bank wines, and manages ist own portfolio of Pomerol and Saint-Émilion estates. The most famous Chateau owned by Moueix is Chateau Petrus. Chateau Fonroque was the first winery bought by Jean Moueix in 1930.
