Description of the product
Here the Cremant Blanchette is called: Since 1938, Blanquette de Limoux has been an AOC for sparkling wine with traditional bottle fermentation. The Blanchette is a very elegant cuvée made from Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc and the southern French grape variety Mauzac. Due to the long fermentation, the Eglise St. Martin develops a bright golden color with a fine, long-lasting perlage. Fresh aromas of yellow peach, honeydew melon and jasmine.
