Pistachio cream

190 g jar of irresistible pistachio cream with an intense flavour and aroma. When we asked our wine suppliers if they could recommend a quality pistachio producer, only one name was mentioned: A Richiggia. Laura Lupo says about the origin: ‘When I was thinking about the name of the company, I chose the name of the area where the family's pistachio grove is located: “A Ricchigia”. The ancients gave the place this name, which means ‘the wealth’, precisely because everything that is born in this land has a unique flavour! "
