When I was a young girl I was given the task of doing the shopping, I never left the supermarket without a packet of crisps, my reward that used to make my mother so angry because I would finish them on the way and not want to have lunch at home. Then I discovered that even crisps vary greatly in quality if the production is artisanal and the ingredients natural. And trying and trying again, I tasted the Spanish Sol y Gusto crisps. Only three ingredients, potatoes, olive oil and salt, without any additives. Crispy and thicker than usual, tasty but without burning the lips from too much salt, and that slight taste of oil.
