The Pollerhof organic winery produces a wonderfully aromatic, naturally cloudy grape juice made from single-varietal yellow Muscat grapes. Alcohol-free and long-lasting (2.5 years). A better alternative to alcohol-free wine.

On sandy loam soils, a rich rosé is created from the Cabernet Franc and Merlot grape varieties, with aromas of raspberry. Domaine Chiroulet is a down-to-earth family winery founded in 1893. The estate's headquarters in Ténarèze in Gascony are known for their Armagnac.

A beautiful Chardonnay with a firm structure from Milz. Burdunger grape varieties such as Chardonnay are becoming increasingly important on the Mosel, taking over vineyards from Riesling, which is sensitive to heat and drought stress.

Fruity, precise red wine from the Portuguese Douro Valley. The grape varieties of the wine are Touriga Franca (60%), Touriga Nacional (30%) and Tinta Roriz (10%), exclusively the classic autochthonous grape varieties of Portugal. The wine is vinified exclusively in steel tanks.

The Innesto is a white pressed wine made from the red wine grape variety of Etna Nerello Mascalese. This gave the wine a nice full fruit. The Valenti winery is relatively young. It was only founded in 2004 and newly planted on almost 30 hectares. The soils are among the best on Mount Etna and in Sicily in general - Passopisciaro in the municipality of Castiglione di Sizilia.

A dry, straightforward spumante from Sicily. A perfect complement to the excellent rosé sparkling wine from Maggiovini. The Maggio winery practices organic farming according to Demeter guidelines and, in addition to wine, also produces fruit, grains, and vegetables. The orange trees and narrow wheat fields at the edge of the vineyards also serve to shield the vines from conventionally farmed neighbors.

Chardonnay noticeably developed in the wood. The white wine matures in new oak barrels for 12 months and is allowed to age for 4-5 before drinking. The 34 hectares of vineyards for the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune Blanc are located about 1 km from Pommard at an altitude of 300 meters on a flat slope towards the southwest. The vines in the “En Bignon” and “Sous le Bois Guillemain” plots grow on limestone-clay soils.

Etna Rosso is a DOC for dry red wines in the Italian region (island) Sicily. Sicily is considered the cradle of Italian viticulture in general. Many of today's autochthonous grapes descend from the ancient grape varieties cultivated at the time. Sicilian wines are mainly based on two of these traditional grape varieties: Nerello Mascalese at Etna Rosso and Nero d'Avola. The Etna wines are reminiscent of Pinot Noir or even more of German Pinot Noir - mineral, with fresh cherry fruit and careful aging in wood.
In the "Storia die Vini d'Italia" (History of the Wines of Italy), published in 1596, wines from here are mentioned and their exceptional quality attributed to the fly ash blown in from Mount Etna.
The grape varieties used are 80% Nerello Mascalese and 20% Nerello Cappuccio.

A bouquet-rich, typical rosé from Provence. The grape varieties are Grenache, Cinsault and Caladoc and enrich the aroma with red fruits, peach and orange peel. Lots of freshness.

Château d'Astros is an institution in France - not just because of the wines, but also because of the actual château, which is an integral part of French culture in books and films.

Arneis grapes is a native variety in the Roero area, located north of Alba, Langhe. Arneis is one of the oldest white varieties of Piedmont, known since the 16th Century. In the heart of wine-growing Piedmont , in the hills of the Langhe is the estate vineyards of Fontanafredda, located in the villages of Serralunga d'Alba, Diano d'Alba and Barolo. 70 hectares planted with the Nebbiolo, Barbera, Dolcetto and Moscato varieties. At each vintage, grapes are consigned to Fontanafredda by nearly 400 growers in the Langhe and Roero, whose loyalty to the company have endured for generations. The viticulture is carried exclusively on hillsides with vineyards which have an average altitude between 200 and 400 metres.  Mainly calcareous, the soil can differ within the space of just a few dozen metres: at times loose, with a sand content, at others firmer, with a higher proportion of silt, and above-all clay.

The perfect aperitif wine, bone dry, mineral, salty, nutty, citrus notes. Manzanlilla, which is the driest version of a sherry, comes from the fishing village of Sanlucar de Barrameda and is produced in the Bodega Marin, founded in 1864.

The history of Cantine Tinazzi began with the commitment and passion of Eugenio Tinazzi at the end of the ‘60s in Cavaion Veronese, on the shores of Lake Garda.  A quick and successful development of the business led the family to expand their properties in the Valpolicella Valley and in Apulia, a region with a great potential. The wines of the Cantine Tinazzi are now sold in more than 30 countries around the world.

The Traminer originally comes from South Tyrol, components of the Urtraminer can be found in Riesling and Grüner Veltliner. Gewürztraminer is one of the so-called aromatic grape varieties. On the nose you are greeted by strong and expansive aromas, which strongly emphasize the variety's typicality of roses, lilacs, white flowers and honeydew melon. The Gewürztraminer grape variety needs the best locations to show its best sides and a fine rose scent.

The castle ruins of Gössenheim stand on a large mountain made of wave limestone from the lower Muschelkalk. This characterizes the wines of the location. The soils are interspersed with small splinters of wave limestone and mixed with loess clay. The main location is below the castle ruins, the second, the Arnberg, is a hilltop to the south. The vineyard slopes slope to the south and have a slope of between 25 and almost 50%.

Cruz’s Fine Tawny is a three-year-old blend aged in small oak casks at our lodges in Vila Nova de Gaia. 

Silvaner is an old variety that once was the most important grape in Germany. It likes average exposure to sunshine and needs moist soil. Silvaner is generally best enjoyed while it is young. Especially, it is found in Franken, Rheinhessen and Saale-Unstrut. Weingut Höfling is a family-owned winery in Eußenheim situated to the Northwest of Würzburg. Almost all of their vineyards are present on slopes and hilly terrain, and most of all of the work in the vineyards is by hands.  The people in the winery work very hard and with a commitment to produce unique Franconian wines that show the qualities of the region. So they uses domestic wood and hometown barrels and like the most prized Franken wines were traditionally bottled in a Bocksbeutel, a squat green or brown flagon with a round body, is by Höfling too.

What Germans call "Löss" is a specific clay with a high percentage of calcium carbonate and iron hydroxide. These substances confer on this yellow muscat and sauvignon blanc blend an intense aroma. This is art inside and outside the bottle of wine.

Super Sicily. From Pettineo’s vineyards, all along, come magnif cent grapes Nero d’Avola. The best grapes are carefully selected one by one with our hands. The extraordinary result of our hard work is a wine which is red cherry coloured and characterised also by some purple nuances and scents of red berry fruits. It’s a wine with a full bodied and soft taste with a long and persistent aftertaste. The vinification is 15 days maceration with marcs and fermentation at controlled temperature.  Ageing is 6 months in barrique and 3/6 months in bottle.

Zemmer's Pinot Grigio is typical of South Tyrol and Italy – mineral, spicy, and ripe with fruity notes of pear, melon, and a hint of herbs. The Zemmer winery was founded in 1928 and is now in its third generation of family ownership. The vineyards have an altitude difference of 800 meters and loose, well-aerated soils composed of dolomite and limestone with glacial deposits of gravel, pebbles, sand, and clay.

The house of Kessler is one of the few sparkling wine producers in Germany that has its historical roots in the Champagne region. With the expertise he gathered as a director and associate of Veuve Cliquot-Ponsardin, Georg Christian von Kessler founded Germany’s oldest sparkling wine producer on the 1st July 1826. The House of Kessler has always stuck to traditional methods, and used the same bottle fermentation technique. All the top sparkling wines are made according to the méthode traditionelle that the company founder, Georg Christian von Kessler, brought from the Champagne region to Germany exactly 190 years ago. Some of the production is still stored in medieval maturation cellars, where they are shaken by hand.

A very winey Crémant that unfolds slowly and then becomes increasingly fascinating. Plenty of power and noticeable minerality. This Crémant is naturally produced through traditional bottle fermentation. The producer is the highly reliable Cave de Lugny wine cooperative, founded in 1927 and currently boasting approximately 400 members. The cellar master is Grégoire Pissot.

Château Lanessan is a Bordeaux wine estate in the Haut-Médoc appellation. It describes itself as Grand Cru Hors Classé and this refers to the fact that one of the previous owners felt it unnecessary to submit samples for the 1855 Classification and consequently ist traditional ranking as a 4ème Cru Classé was never ratified. Lanessan is located just to the south of Gruaud-Larose in the commune of Cussac-Fort-Médoc and has 40 hectares of vineyards.

Present fruit with fine tannins from the 1er Grand Cru winery Château Belair Monange. The grapes from the young vines flow into the wine, which is classified as Grand Cru Saint Emilion.

Château Belair is a 1er Grand Cru Classé and neighbor of Château Ausone. It has an extraordinary history: since the 15th century, Belair was owned by the influential Canolles family, which even survived the expropriations of the French Revolution. In the 19th century it was one of the most sought-after wineries of all. Then a change of ownership and the phylloxera disaster destroyed the winery's primacy. Of course, it always remained at the 1er Grand Cru level. In 2008 Belair was bought by the Moueix wine dynasty (Pétrus and many more).

Christian Collovray and Jean-Luc Terrier have their roots in Burgundy and produce excellent white wines in Maconnais. Floral and a little white pepper characterize the mineral white wine from the Mâcon La Roche Vineuse appellation.

Named after the town of Mâcon on the Sâone River, the area with around 5,400 hectares of vineyards is part of the Burgundy region. The Roman poet Ausonius (310-395) already mentioned the wines from this area. In the 11th and 12th centuries, the Cistercians planted vines here on a large scale. The area became famous in 1660 when the winemaker Claude Brosse delivered wine to Versailles and was noticed by the French “Sun King” Louis XIV (1638-1715) at a trade fair there because of its size. The king spoke to him, tasted his wine after mass and was so enthusiastic that the royal court was regularly supplied with it. The area stretches along the Sâone in a 15 kilometer long strip. There is also a place called Chardonnay here, suggesting that the grape variety may have originated in this area. The Mâconnais is best known for its juicy white wines made from Chardonnay with portions of Aligoté and Pinot Blanc, two-thirds of which cover the vineyards. The red wines are made from the Gamay and Pinot Noir grape varieties.

Côtes de Bourg is an Appellation d'origine contrôlée (AOC) for Bordeaux wine situated around the small town of Bourg-sur-Gironde near Bordeaux, France. The first vineyards in the area were founded by the Romans. In the Middle Ages, Bourg was a major port for wine and the vineyards developed at the same tempo as the estuary traffic. Red Côtes de Bourg are garnet in colour and are predominantly based on the Merlot grape, blended with smaller quantities of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Some Chateaux still use Malbec as part of the blend. The vine has been established in le Bourgeais for centuries and the current varieties have been selected because of their performance in relation to the soil. The Côtes de Bourg are characterized by the diversity and richness of their soils.
Although the Côtes de Bourg is composed of mainly clay and limestone soils, their make-up is so rich that there is a veritable mosaic of sand and gravel in the area around Pugnac. The Devaux vineyard plots are located on the Côte de Bar. For the Devaux Grande Réserve, the must from the first pressing of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay is used. After fermentation, the Devaux Grande Réserve is blended with 20% Reserva wines (from the previous vintage) that have matured in oak barrels. This is followed by 36 months of maturation “sur lie”.

The wine producer Belliard is in the 15th generation! - i.e. since 1497 - family-run and today manages the most interesting vineyards in the classic Bordeaux appellations from a château befitting its status. So far, outside of France, the Belliard have mainly been active overseas. Behind the young winery La Nascosta is part of the Mastrojanni family, which is famous in Montalcino for its Brunello. The new project is primarily dedicated to white wines - on the volcanic soils of Monte Amiata near the Orcia River.

The wines of Saint-Émilion are typically blended from different grape varieties, the three main ones being Merlot (60% of the blend), Cabernet Franc (nearly 30%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (around 10%). Merlot usually dominates the blend (cuvée). Four other appellations situated immediately north and northeast of the Saint-Émilion AOC are collectively known as the "Saint-Émilion satellites". They are Lussac-Saint-Émilion, Montagne-Saint-Émilion, Puisseguin-Saint-Émilion, and Saint-Georges-Saint-Émilion. Montagne-Saint-Émilion only produces red wine.

Silvaner is an old variety that once was the most important grape in Germany. It likes average exposure to sunshine and needs moist soil. Silvaner is generally best enjoyed while it is young. Especially, it is found in Franken, Rheinhessen and Saale-Unstrut. Weingut Höfling is a family-owned winery in Eußenheim situated to the Northwest of Würzburg. Almost all of their vineyards are present on slopes and hilly terrain, and most of all of the work in the vineyards is by hands.  The people in the winery work very hard and with a commitment to produce unique Franconian wines that show the qualities of the region. So they uses domestic wood and hometown barrels and like the most prized Franken wines were traditionally bottled in a Bocksbeutel, a squat green or brown flagon with a round body, is by Höfling too.

Outstanding Chardonnay from the best location - Buchholz is a long-known location between 400 and 800 meters above sea level in terraces made of dolomite sedimentary rock.

The Zemmer winery was founded in 1928 and is now family-run in the third generation. The vineyards have an altitude difference of 800 m and loose, well-aerated soils made of dolomite and limestone with glacial deposits of gravel, gravel, sand and clay.

A very dense, chocolatey red wine with delicate coffee notes, made from a single Merlot variety. 50% of the grapes are partially dried, as with Amarone. The Olivini family winery has been in existence since 1970.

The Knyphausen winery already has several years of experience with orange wine. The 2023 vintage is a blend of white Heunisch, red Riesling, and Traminer, spontaneously fermented, aged in small oak barrels, and bottled unfiltered. It offers spicy and fruity aromas and structure.

The Draiser Hof, almost as old as the estate, was acquired by Baron von Knyphausen in 1818. Since then, the family has cultivated 17 hectares in Erbach. Baron Knyphausen has been a member of the VdP (Association of German Winemakers) since 1972 and a co-founder of the Charta Association.
