The Tokaj Aszú is the typical noble sweet wine from Tokaj-Hegyalja. The basis of this wine are hand-picked, dried and noble rotten berries. A Barolo is made purely from the Nebbiolo grape. This vine is demanding and ripens very late. During fermentation, which takes place in the cold season of November and December, only insufficient yeasts were present.
