The vine oof Lambrusco Grasparossa grows on the dry soils of the Modenese uplands and lower hillslopes. Due to its lack of vigour, the Lambrusco Grasparossa vine is best cultivated in smaller vineyards, where it does well, even on rather poor soils, such as those on the lower slopes of the Modenese hills. The wine is deep ruby in colour, with a violet sheen and a light froth with an edge of the same hue.  Its keen, armonious flavour has delicious body, is well balanced in acidity and and slightly fruity, leaving a pleasant, somewhat bitter aftertaste.

The Domaine des Masques is located 550 m above sea level on the Cengle plateau, protected by the Sainte-Victoire mountain range with an overwhelming panoramic view over the whole valley, completely secluded from the rest of the world. The name comes from the Provençal word for witch, because numerous medicinal plants thrive on the high plateau, which were used generations ago by herbalists and by so-called 'witches', Provençal 'Masco'. Today, this precious domain is managed by Carl and Sophie Mestdagh while preserving Provençal culture and tradition. They work together with the renowned oenologist Yves Cuilleron from Burgundy, who shapes the style of the wines. Of the 195 hectares, only 20 hectares are vineyards and the rest are olive groves, lavender fields and garrigue. A lot of free space for nature and no use of pesticides, herbicides and artificial fertilizers is the philosophy of the owners.

A PetNet from the Loire using the pre-Champagne method: méthode ancestrale, rurale. Instead of fermenting the wine a second time with the addition of yeast and sugar, as in all other methods, only one fermentation takes place in this method. Naturally a brut nature, i.e. without dosage, pure Chardonnay with intense exotic aromas, full body, fruity with fine perlage.

From the bush trained vineyards, Maggio family produce Frappato grapes for the production of “Vigna di Pettineo” selection. From the best carefully handpicked grapes, they make this cherry red wine, with violet reflection and a underbush hints. The freshness of tannins give a lovely pleasure and a refined taste. Vinification is 7 days maceration with marcs and fermentation at controlled temperature. The ageing is 1 month in steel and 3 months in bottle.

Fine cremants are known to come from the Jura appellation - here with the grape varieties Chardonnay and Pinot Noir - light, citrus and yellow apple, some brioche.

A fine Crémant de Loire rosé from the Pinot Noir grape variety. Zero dosage, very mineral. Raphael Midoir's estate is located in the most beautiful part of the Loire Valley near Chambord. It cultivates 27 hectares on tuff and clay soils.

Elegant Cremant de Bourgogne blanc de blancs - that means pure Chardonnay. The Cremant is naturally produced in traditional bottle fermentation.

The first hectare of vines in the Marne Valley was the dowry from the old family estate when the winemaker's son Gabiel married Baron Dolores Fuenté. The Crémant was selected by the Confrérie Chevaliers du Tastevin and was thus ennobled as one of the best wines of its kind. Prosecco Valdobbiadene Superiore extra brut. Grappoli di Luna (“clusters beneath the moon”) is the name given by the owner and winemaker Sarah dei Tos, the owner and winemaker, to celebrate her organic wine made only with grapes harvested in the full-moon nights of September. This method takes advantage of cooler temperatures, which allow for a safer and healthier transfer of the ripe grapes to the stainless-steel containers in the cellar for maceration and fermentation.
