The Chianti Classico Riserva comes from a vineyard 400 meters above sea level - the single vineyard Monsenese in San Leonino in Castellina. The Chianti from the Angelini family winery is dense, a little smoky and shows herbs typical of Sangiovese. Embedded tannins and distinctive acidity.

A classic Roero Rosso - dense, complex with fine fruit. Aged for 12 months in large, barely toasted wooden barrels. Pierangelo Careglio's winery is an ambitious family business that was founded in 1986 on very old vineyards with 9 hectares of vineyards. Weingut Höfling is a family-owned winery in Eußenheim situated to the Northwest of Würzburg. Almost all of their vineyards are present on slopes and hilly terrain, and most of all of the work in the vineyards is by hands.  The people in the winery work very hard and with a commitment to produce unique Franconian wines that show the qualities of the region. In the 1950s, the Clos des Menuts only covered one hectare of vineyards. Château Juguet belongs to the Moueix family, who own the most important wineries in St. Emilion and Pomerol. The winery is located in the Saint-Émilion area and is classified as a Grand Cru. Cru literally means plant. What is meant is a wine with a clearly defined origin that comes exactly from the place whose name it bears. A Cru Classé is a top winery. Silvaner is an old variety that once was the most important grape in Germany. It likes average exposure to sunshine and needs moist soil. Silvaner is generally best enjoyed while it is young. Especially, it is found in Franken, Rheinhessen and Saale-Unstrut. Weingut Höfling is a family-owned winery in Eußenheim situated to the Northwest of Würzburg. Almost all of their vineyards are present on slopes and hilly terrain, and most of all of the work in the vineyards is by hands.  The people in the winery work very hard and with a commitment to produce unique Franconian wines that show the qualities of the region. In the 1950s, the Clos des Menuts only covered one hectare of vineyards. Today it extends to over 25 hectares, not far from the historic town of Saint Emilion and located mainly in the western part of the municipality. This wine is a blend of 85% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Cabernet Franc. The high proportion of Merlot is a consequence of the iron-containing sand-clay soil and can be compared to Pomerol.

Château Meyney is one of the oldest estates in the Médoc. In 1662, it was a Convent mentioned in records under the name Prieuré des Couleys. The estate belonged to the Luetkens family for several generations, and was then acquired by Mr Désiré Cordier in 1919.
Today, the estate stretches over some of the best hilltops above the Gironde Estuary. The vineyard of 51 hectares is planted with Cabernet Sauvignon 60%, Merlot 30% et Petit Verdot 10%.
The Cru Bourgeois classification lists some of the châteaux from the Médoc that were not included in the 1855 Classification of Crus Classés, or Classed Growths. Notionally, Cru Bourgeois is a level below Cru Classé, but still of high quality. Only nine Chateaux with Cru Bourgeois status take part of the higher level Cru Bourgeois Exceptionnel.

The Corbières wine-growing region is located on the mountain range of the same name on the edge of the Pyrenees. To the south is the Roussillon appellation. In 1610, the ancestors of the recent owner Meslin, the Gurchy family, were already winegrowers in Saint Emilion. In 1880 they founded the family estate of Laroze.

La Rose Pauillac was born in 1933 with the will of twenty growers coming together to make a great Pauillac. Pauillac is a small town that, since ancient times, sailors and winemakers has built on the edge of the estuary of the Gironde. In the 1960s, almost all small farms in Pauillac had joined this fine working tool and the wines reputation has spread beyond the local markets. Harvesting at La Rose Pauillac is selected according to each vineyards micro climate and the individual varietal down to the individual plot. Over time the small plots are meticulously maintained. An average benchmark of 10,000 feet per hectare perpetuates the old adage that the less place the vines have, less they produce, thus making the flagship wine, La Rose Pauillac, all the more concentrated and rich.

The classical dry red wine comes from the Barolo DOC in Northern Italy, the most important wine region of Piedmont. Prior to the mid-19th century, Barolo was a sweet wine. The fact that the Nebbiolo grape ripens late in October meant that temperatures would be steadily dropping by harvest. By November and December, temperatures in the Piedmont region would be cold enough to halt fermentation, leaving a significant amount of residual sugar left in the wine. In the mid-19th century the French enologist Louis Oudart improve the winemaking techniques of the local producers. Using techniques focusing on improving the hygiene of the cellar, Oudart was able to ferment the Nebbiolo must completely dry, making the first modern Barolo. This new, dry red wine soon became a favorite among the nobility of Turin and the ruling House of Savoy, giving rise to the popular description of Barolo as the wine of kings, the king of wines.

The Château Haut-Piquat is located in the Lussac Saint-Emilion growing area and was the first winery in 1972 taken over by the Rivière family. Etna Rosso can be very diverse – the Russo winery has mastered the art of producing a red wine with enchanting maturity, a smooth, spicy finish, yet incredibly fresh with hints of wild berries and blueberries, with a present acidity and a good tannin structure. Nerello Mascalese 80%, Nerello Cappuccio 20% from a vineyard located at an altitude of 680 meters, aged for 12-18 months in barriques and tonneau barrels, with some time in stainless steel. An extremely successful wine from the family winery on the Etna volcano, founded in 1860.
