A delicate, pure Ottavianello from Apulia. The Ottavianello grape variety is synonymous with the southern French Cinsault and brings a fresh fruitiness and aromas of coffee and cocoa to the wine.

Fruity, precise red wine from the Portuguese Douro Valley. The grape varieties of the wine are Touriga Franca (60%), Touriga Nacional (30%) and Tinta Roriz (10%), exclusively the classic autochthonous grape varieties of Portugal. The wine is vinified exclusively in steel tanks.

The name of the wine - Papo Seco - refers to a legendary and infamous family ancestor. The man had emigrated to South America and had to flee back to Portugal because of some unclear criminal activity.

Dry Sauternes is still rare. But the wines will appear more and more often. The cuvée of 51% Semillon and 49% Sauvignon Blanc is immensely appealing in the dry version. The Tement winery has now achieved cult status for its precise, carefully organically handcrafted Sauvignon Blanc from Styria in Austria. The Gambino family winery, founded in 1978, is the highest on the Etna volcano. The vineyards are above Linguaglossa between 500 and 1400 meters above sea level! The temperature differences between day and night are significant here. Etna Rosso is a DOC for dry red wines in the Italian region (island) Sicily.
