The Côtes du Jura appellation includes the wines of the French wine region between Burgundy and Switzerland. The dominant grape varieties of the often very mineral wines are Chardonnay and Savagnin for white wines and Pinot Noir, as well as Poulsard and Trousseau for red wines.

Fruity, precise red wine from the Portuguese Douro Valley. The grape varieties of the wine are Touriga Franca (60%), Touriga Nacional (30%) and Tinta Roriz (10%), exclusively the classic autochthonous grape varieties of Portugal. The wine is vinified exclusively in steel tanks.

The name of the wine - Papo Seco - refers to a legendary and infamous family ancestor. The man had emigrated to South America and had to flee back to Portugal because of some unclear criminal activity.

The only wine-growing region that traditionally produces high-quality, sweet red wines is Georgia and the Kindzmarauli growing region there. Georgian wines are among the oldest in the world. The Kindzmarauli wine cooperative has also existed for centuries. Saperavi is the most important autochthonous grape variety from Georgia, Ukraine, Moldavia and Romania and produces spicy, medium-heavy wines with sophisticated wines. It is traditionally not only dry, but also semi-dry to sweet.

Calcium-rich soil of corsican origin, enriched with red iron oxide (typical of the Salento soil). The limestone soils are cool and have good water retention, allowing the vines' root system to penetrate deeply and providing excellent drainage. After the first pressing, the grapes undergo a maceration of 8-10 days.

It probably comes from Croatia/Dalmatia and was given its name in the 17th century by Benedictine monks due to its early maturity (Latin primativus = first-mover). Since it was first detected near the mountain town of Gioia, it is also called Primitivo di Gioia. It produces deep, dark, spicy and high-alcohol red wines and is often used as a blending partner for late-ripening varieties. Côtes du Rhône with incisive fruit (Grenache blueberry and red Syrah fruit) and a hint of black pepper. The 3,140-hectare area was the first state-recognised appellation in France.

The first hectare of vines in the Marne Valley was the dowry from the old family estate when the winemaker's son Gabiel married Baron Dolores Fuenté. Today, the resulting champagne house has 38 hectares, is highly rated and still family-owned. The Grande Réserve brut is the dry cuvée of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay and lay on the yeast for 36 months.

The Chablis wine region is the northernmost of the Burgundy wine regions. The name was very well known, especially in the 1970s and 1980s, and at that time was synonymous with a dry white wine. Chablis is almost equidistant from Champagne, from Sancerre on the Loire and from the nearest Burgundy locations on the Côte d'Or. The cool wine-growing climate gives the Chardonnay a pronounced acidity, which the winemaker usually leaves in the wine in favor of the fruitiness. The wines are therefore mostly matured in stainless steel tanks and do not go through malolactic fermentation. The steely acidity, which is strongly determined by the comparatively high proportion of malic acid, is one of the hallmarks of Chablis and gives the white wine a remarkable longevity.

The Gambino family winery, founded in 1978, is the highest on the Etna volcano. The vineyards are above Linguaglossa between 500 and 1400 meters above sea level! The temperature differences between day and night are significant here. The Etna Bianco DOC is made from the white etnatypical grape variety Carricante.

The classical dry red wine comes from the appellation Graves. Graves (from French: gravelly land) is an important subregion of the Bordeaux wine region. Graves is situated on the left bank of the Garonne river, in the upstream part of the region, southeast of the city Bordeaux. The name Graves derives from ist intensely gravelly soil. Côtes de Bourg is an Appellation d'origine contrôlée (AOC) for Bordeaux wine situated around the small town of Bourg-sur-Gironde near Bordeaux, France. The first vineyards in the area were founded by the Romans. In the Middle Ages, Bourg was a major port for wine and the vineyards developed at the same tempo as the estuary traffic. Red Côtes de Bourg are garnet in colour and are predominantly based on the Merlot grape, blended with smaller quantities of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Some Chateaux still use Malbec as part of the blend. The vine has been established in le Bourgeais for centuries and the current varieties have been selected because of their performance in relation to the soil. Although the Côtes de Bourg is composed of mainly clay and limestone soils, their make-up is so rich that there is a veritable mosaic of sand and gravel in the area around Pugnac.
