Behind the young winery La Nascosta is part of the Mastrojanni family, which is famous in Montalcino for its Brunello. The new project is primarily dedicated to white wines - on the volcanic soils of Monte Amiata near the Orcia River.

The pure Sauvignon Blanc shows its role models from South Tyrol - mineral, with fine fruit, a bit exotic, citrus, lychee.

The Produttori del Barbaresco are an association of small wineries, some of which have tiny plots in prime locations. After the war, in 1958, the Produttori del Barbaresco Foundation was set up, which contributed to the rebirth of the entire area, initially bringing together 19 wineries, which today number more than 50. An ever-growing path for this wine, representative of an entire area, which ended in 1966 with the DOC denomination and in 1980 with the DOCG denomination. The first dry Barbaresco of this name was then produced in 1890 by the oenologist Domizzio Cavazza, director of the viticultural school in Alba in Barbaresco. This can be seen as the birth of today's wine. Like Barolo, Barbaresco is made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes.

Chateau Hautes Rouzes has 3,5 hectares. The classical dry red wine comes from the appellation Pomerol in Bordeaux. The wines of Pomerol have a high composition of Merlot in their blends are considered the most gentle and least tannic and acidic of Bordeaux wines. Cabernet Franc, known in this area as Bouchet is the second leading grape and helps to contribute to the dark, deep coloring that is typical of Pomerol wines.

Cannubi (or Canubio) is the oldest and most important vineyard in Barolo. The best Barolo wines were originally simply called Canubi when they came from this vineyard. The 15-hectare, elongated south-facing slope lies above the municipality of Barolo. Limestone-marl-sand soils produce very elegant wines with silky tannins. The vineyards are currently owned by 18 winemakers.

Damilano is one of few traditional wine makers in Barolo. 1890 Giuseppe Borgogno, the great-grandfather of the current owners, started farming and making wine from the family-owned vineyard in Barolo. Giacomo Damilano, the founder’s son-in-law, gave the current name to the winery. He gave the impuls to preserve the ancient vines and improve constant innovations in cellar to give a high quality to their Barolo, Barbaresco and Nebbiolo.
